Mindfulness Based Well-Being

The course is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course developed by Professor of Medicine, Jon Kabat Zinn and creator of the Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society at University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Mindful Mums and Dads

This is the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course slightly adapted for mums and dads of young children and adolescents. On our previous courses we have found that the course can have significant beneficial effects for children as well as the mums and dads who attend this course (capitalise Mums and Dads)

Mindfulness mini courses

Mindful Soothing provides short sessions (from one hour to half a day) of Mindfulness to give people an idea of what it is and what it can achieve. The half day courses are suitable for continuing professional development in any occupation.

Mindfulness one-to-one sessions

Some people don’t want to join a group so Mindfulness is available in one-to-one sessions and can be combined with emotional therapeutic counselling where this is appropriate.
